TRACE BACK SYSTEM, (TBS), is a system that enables the manufacturer to trace back each product’s data (example: batch details, contract grower, pesticide residue reports, harvest reports, delivery info, processing reports) through the company’s computer network. From farming field to product processing and final delivery, each phase is inspected and recorded by the appointed section officer and a specific TBS tracking number is assigned to each batch.

Our TBS is designed to support and strengthen the quality management as well as the operation efficiency, without affecting production speed. In case there is a problem, we will be able to detect through TBS, thus minimizing the damage and impact.

Asia Foods has incorporated this system in Taiwan and China, and have proven it to be successful. We would continue to improve and upgrade the program as time progress.

Starting October 2003, Asia Foods began to offer online service to our customers. To ensure the privacy, we provide individual password to each client. Our customer could directly log in to our Long-Hai factory’s TBS network to check information such as pesticide residue report and shipping schedule for their order.
