As part of Asia Foods’ commitment to enhancing the value and capturing the quality, nutrition and taste in food products, we purchased FMC Food Tech (Model #BH7100) harvester from France for our Taiwan farms. As a result, the time which raw materials are harvested and brought to the factory until IQF freezing were reduced to half. Whereas it takes approximately 12 hours if by handpick, the whole process only takes 6 hours when using harvester; thereby enhancing the quality, the freshness and the nutrients of raw materials!!!
